Comically known as "The Queen Of The Foothills", Jane has specialized in residential real estate in all of the Foothill areas for the past 18 years. Prior to that she sold in the South Bay area back in 1980-1982. Jane has lived most of her life in this "neighborhood" since 1963. She has raised her children here and to many of her colleagues is known as "The Sparr Heights Specialist".

I have worked in residential real estate in our community since 1988. The path that led me to real estate was rather unique. From obtaining my undergraduate degree in chemistry from UC Irvine, gaining a theology degree at Fuller Seminary, to a summer missionary trips in Uganda and inner city Philadelphia, my heart and passion have been to serve others in a meaningful way

Over the past 21 years, Mr. Anderson has built and managed millions of dollars of real estate investment properties. He has amassed a multi-million dollar syndicate of real estate and construction companies including: C. H. Anderson Construction, CHA Properties, CHA & Associates and Flintridge Landscape & Pool. Before beginning his real estate development career, Craig earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University. As an owner of multi-family properties, he understands the importance of maximizing profits while providing tenants with a desirable quality of life. Outside of his professional career, Mr. Anderson is an avid surfer, golfer and father of five children. He is a member of the Oakmont Country Club in Glendale, California.
